Our safe online booking system is secure and your credit card information will be encrypted. All transactions made after browsing and shopping are with Paypal but you don't need to have a Paypal account to use our payments system.

When you click on a 'Book Now' button on any of the properties to make your hotel booking, you will see a padlock appear in the bottom left hand of the browser window which pops up. Depending on your computer set up, you may also see a box which appears on your screen alerting you that you will be viewing pages over a secure connection.

Some of the properties on our site are booked directly with the owners, in these cases we do not own nor can we enter into any contract concerning any of these houses. In this instance the Site acts as a venue to allow a member of our Site (the owner) to offer for rent, or rent, in a variety of pricing formats, a specific holiday rental property to potential renters (each, a "traveller" and, collectively with a member, the "users"). We are not directly involved in the actual transaction between travellers and members even though we may from time to time provide tools, such as direct booking, that enable a traveller to enter into a transaction to lease a specific property directly from the member of that property.
