Die Motivation daf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnte aus zahlreichen Faktoren resultieren. Besitzer von Zweitwohnsitzen in Spanien k\u00f6nnen nun ihre Zeit einteilen, anstatt ihre Ferienh\u00e4user f\u00fcr kurze Sommeraufenthalte zu nutzen. Dies erm\u00f6glicht es den Investoren, mehr Zeit in Spanien zu verbringen und gleichzeitig ihren \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die auf 90 Tage und 180 Tage begrenzte Aufenthaltsdauer k\u00f6nnte sich als abschreckend f\u00fcr britische Rentner erweisen, die die Wintermonate traditionell auf dem spanischen Festland oder den Kanarischen Inseln verbracht haben, aber Ibiza zieht vergleichsweise wenige solcher Eigent\u00fcmer an. Es gibt eine neue Kundschaft, die mehr Zeit in dem Land ihrer Wahl verbringen m\u00f6chte und sich auf brandneue, energieeffiziente H\u00e4user an der K\u00fcste und in l\u00e4ndlicher Umgebung konzentriert. Fluggesellschaften, Hotels und Ferienwohnungen bieten aufgrund der beispiellosen Umst\u00e4nde kostenlose Stornierungsbedingungen an, so dass es in gewisser Weise nie sicherer war, Fl\u00fcge von und nach der Insel zu buchen.
