Britische B\u00fcrger, die ihre Zeit traditionell zwischen dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und Spanien aufgeteilt haben, f\u00fchlen sich nun nicht mehr in der Lage, so viel Zeit in ihrer zweiten Heimat zu verbringen, wie sie gerne w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Gesetze, die im Rahmen des Abkommens \u00fcber den Austritt des Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreichs aus der Europ\u00e4ischen Union eingef\u00fchrt wurden, erlauben keinen Aufenthalt von mehr als 90 Tagen, ohne f\u00fcr jeden geplanten Besuch ein Reisevisum zu beantragen. Das Goldene Visum k\u00f6nnte f\u00fcr eine Reihe von Betroffenen einen Ausweg aus diesem Problem bieten. Die Grundvoraussetzung ist eine Investition von mindestens 500.000 \u20ac in eine Immobilie in Spanien, die in bar und ohne Hypothekenvertrag erfolgen muss.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Das Goldene Visum bietet eine einfache L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr einen befristeten Aufenthalt in Spanien f\u00fcr ausreichend wohlhabende Antragsteller und deren Angeh\u00f6rige. Das Verfahren kann in nur zwanzig Tagen abgeschlossen werden und kann nach einem Jahr f\u00fcr weitere zwei Jahre verl\u00e4ngert werden. Neue Antr\u00e4ge werden auch von Eigent\u00fcmern angenommen, die seit der Einf\u00fchrung der Regelung im Jahr 2013, als das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich noch Teil der Europ\u00e4ischen Union war und keine Visumspflicht bestand, bereits eine Immobilie erworben haben, die dieselben Kriterien erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Nicht-EU-Besitzer von spanischem Eigentum gelten jedoch eine Reihe von Einschr\u00e4nkungen. Erstens wird niemandem, der vorbestraft ist, eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung erteilt. Alle Inhaber eines Goldenen Visums, ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen und Familienmitglieder unter 65 Jahren m\u00fcssen eine private Krankenversicherung abschlie\u00dfen, auch wenn sie nur eine Woche Urlaub machen, und bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 180 Tagen wird die betreffende Person als \"Steuerinl\u00e4nder\" steuerpflichtig. Im Gegensatz zu Inhabern eines Visums f\u00fcr nicht lukrative Zwecke d\u00fcrfen Einwohner und Besucher mit einem Goldenen Visum jedoch eine Besch\u00e4ftigung bei einem spanischen Unternehmen aufnehmen oder ihr Eigentum gewinnbringend vermieten (vorbehaltlich der einschl\u00e4gigen Rechtsvorschriften \u00fcber die Vermietung).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Beantragung eines Wohnsitzes im Rahmen dieser Regelung ist ein TIE (Ausl\u00e4nderausweis) erforderlich, und die Antragsteller m\u00fcssen sich innerhalb eines Monats nach ihrer Ankunft beim Padron (Volksz\u00e4hlung) der \u00f6rtlichen Gemeinde anmelden. Einzelheiten zur Beantragung des TIE finden Sie auf den Websites der Regierung. Um ein Goldenes Visum zu erhalten, muss die Person oder ein ernannter gesetzlicher Vertreter einen Antrag bei einer spanischen Botschaft oder einem Konsulat stellen und eine NIE-Nummer (Steuernummer) vorlegen, die f\u00fcr den Kauf der Immobilie ausgestellt wurde. Ein Eigentumsnachweis aus dem Grundbuchamt muss ebenfalls vorgelegt werden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Im Falle einer laufenden Transaktion werden ein Vorvertrag einschlie\u00dflich Kaution und ein Schreiben eines spanischen Finanzinstituts, das den Besitz ausreichender Mittel best\u00e4tigt, akzeptiert. Nachweise \u00fcber den Verwandtschaftsstatus, wie z. B. Geburts- und Heiratsurkunden, m\u00fcssen von Familienmitgliedern in ihren eigenen Antr\u00e4gen vorgelegt werden. Wer die Mittel hat, ein Goldenes Visum zu erhalten, kann damit sicherlich einen l\u00e4ngeren Aufenthalt in Spanien genie\u00dfen und es kann auf unbegrenzte Zeit verl\u00e4ngert werden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie verleiht jedoch nicht alle Rechte eines offiziellen Wohnsitzes in Spanien, ein Status, der nach f\u00fcnf Jahren beantragt werden kann.
