F\u00fcr potenzielle K\u00e4ufer ist ein neues Verst\u00e4ndnis der Vorschriften in einem Europa nach dem Brexit von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert, wenn sie ihren Traum von Wohneigentum verfolgen wollen. Der Kauf einer Immobilie auf Ibiza ist nach wie vor h\u00f6chst attraktiv und realisierbar, aber f\u00fcr britische Staatsangeh\u00f6rige gibt es einige neue \u00c4nderungen zu beachten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ein Unterschied nach dem Brexit, der sich auf britische Hauseigent\u00fcmer in Spanien auswirkt, ist die Steuer. Die IRNR ist eine Einkommenssteuer f\u00fcr Nicht-Residenten, die unter den folgenden Bedingungen zu zahlen ist: Der Immobilieneigent\u00fcmer wohnt nicht in Spanien, nutzt die Immobilie ausschlie\u00dflich und vermietet sie nicht und hat keine andere Quelle f\u00fcr steuerpflichtiges Einkommen in Spanien.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr britische Investoren, die ihre gekauften Immobilien zur Erzielung von Eink\u00fcnften vermieten wollen, ergeben sich ebenfalls einige \u00c4nderungen. Sie werden keine Ausgaben von den Gewinnen aus der Vermietung abziehen k\u00f6nnen und m\u00fcssen eine Einkommensteuer von 24% anstelle der 19% zahlen, die den in der EU ans\u00e4ssigen Personen vorbehalten sind.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Abgesehen von den \u00c4nderungen haben Immobilienmakler einen neuen Anstieg des Interesses von K\u00e4ufern aus dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich vermeldet, was ein Zeichen f\u00fcr die Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit und Entschlossenheit nach dem Brexit ist.
