Dies ist ein leichter R\u00fcckgang gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr, entspricht aber immer noch einem von 7,5 aller Immobilientransaktionen in ganz Spanien. Trotz des Brexit-Effekts waren die gr\u00f6\u00dfte K\u00e4ufergruppe innerhalb der Gesamtverk\u00e4ufe aus dem Ausland immer noch die Briten, die im Laufe des Jahres 19% ausmachten und erst im letzten Quartal auf 16,4% fielen. An zweiter Stelle standen Italiener mit 5,7%. Diese abschlie\u00dfende Analyse der ausl\u00e4ndischen, spanischen Immobilienk\u00e4ufe deutet darauf hin, dass der Brexit nur eine geringe Auswirkung auf den britischen Markt hatte, was auf die Abschw\u00e4chung des Pfund Sterling und ein Klima der Ungewissheit \u00fcber die k\u00fcnftige Gesetzgebung, die das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich au\u00dferhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Gemeinschaft betrifft, zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.<\/p>\n<p>Dieselbe Gesetzgebung k\u00f6nnte in der Tat eine weitere Abwanderung aus Gro\u00dfbritannien f\u00f6rdern.
