Es wurde erwartet, dass der weitere Wertverlust des Pfunds im August das Potenzial des britischen Marktes schm\u00e4lern w\u00fcrde, und Experten sagten voraus, dass dies zu geringeren Einnahmen aus Verk\u00e4ufen f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde, aber obwohl die britischen K\u00e4ufer bessere Angebote nachfragten, war dies kein wichtiger Indikator f\u00fcr den Gesamttrend. Das bedeutet keine schlechten Nachrichten f\u00fcr Luxusimmobilien, denn die Anfragen f\u00fcr H\u00e4user mit einem Preis von \u00fcber einer Million Euro stiegen im August ebenfalls um 53% und der durchschnittliche Wert der Immobilien in Palma de Mallorca stieg um 7,5%. Die internationale Nachfrage wird weiterhin von den gr\u00f6\u00dferen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern dominiert, wobei Deutschland, die Niederlande und Belgien an der Spitze stehen, w\u00e4hrend die Anfragen aus Frankreich leicht r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufig sind. Das Nationale Institut f\u00fcr Statistik hat k\u00fcrzlich den Hauspreisindex f\u00fcr das zweite Quartal ver\u00f6ffentlicht, der einen j\u00e4hrlichen Anstieg von 7,8% in Madrid und 5,5% in Katalonien zeigt, was als Indikator f\u00fcr das anhaltende Wachstum und die Erholung des spanischen Immobilienmarktes angesehen werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Ibiza Rocks<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ibiza verzeichnete in den ersten acht Monaten des Jahres 2016 die unglaubliche Zahl von 5.332.497 Flugg\u00e4sten, von denen allein im August fast 1.400.000 den Flughafen nutzten.
