Sie schlug scherzhaft vor, dass die Einheimischen keine Strandt\u00fccher auf ihre Balkone h\u00e4ngen, um eine \"Inspektion durch die Informanten\" zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p>Das harte Durchgreifen gegen nicht registrierte Ferienvermietungen ist eine Reaktion auf die Wohnungskrise der Einwohner und Arbeitnehmer. Es wurde berichtet, dass viele Besch\u00e4ftigte des Tourismussektors keine geeignete Unterkunft finden oder sich diese nicht leisten k\u00f6nnen. Der Zustrom von Arbeitnehmern, die zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Infrastruktur der Ferienanlagen ben\u00f6tigt werden, ist gezwungen, unter unmenschlichen Bedingungen auf Balkonen, in Fahrzeugen und Garagen zu schlafen und f\u00fcr das zweifelhafte Privileg, dies tun zu d\u00fcrfen, zu viel zu bezahlen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Regierung ist zweifellos auch besorgt \u00fcber entgangene Steuereinnahmen durch nicht gemeldete Vermietungen, aber man muss sich dar\u00fcber einig sein, dass ein Regulierungssystem notwendig ist, um sowohl die Urlauber als auch die Eigent\u00fcmer zu sch\u00fctzen. Die gestiegene Nachfrage nach Unterk\u00fcnften auf den Balearen hat ausl\u00e4ndische Investitionen in Mietobjekte sehr attraktiv gemacht, aber noch nie war es so wichtig, sich rechtlich beraten zu lassen und die Hilfe eines seri\u00f6sen Maklers oder einer Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft in Anspruch zu nehmen. Die Registrierung einer Ferienunterkunft erfordert eine Einkommenssteuererkl\u00e4rung und die \u00dcbermittlung pers\u00f6nlicher Daten an die \u00f6rtlichen Beh\u00f6rden. Hauseigent\u00fcmer sind auch f\u00fcr die Weitergabe der Pass- oder NIE-Informationen jedes Gastes \u00fcber 16 Jahren an die Policia Nacional sowie f\u00fcr die Erhebung und Zahlung der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.everythingdeluxe.com\">Balearen<\/a> Touristensteuer im Namen der Regierung.<\/p>\n<p>Nach den neuen Gesetzen sind die Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr die Ferienvermietung und die Kosten f\u00fcr Lizenzen ab dem 1. Juli dieses Jahres drastisch gestiegen. Wohnungen k\u00f6nnen im Rahmen eines Standardmietvertrags vermietet werden, sofern keine Dienstleistungen angeboten werden und die Immobilie nicht als Ferienunterkunft beworben wird. Ibiza hat in diesem Jahr bisher einen Besucherrekord verzeichnet, und es wird erwartet, dass die Beliebtheit der Insel weiter zunimmt. Da es in den Monaten Juli und August immer zu wenig Hotelbetten gibt, liegt es nicht im Interesse der Beh\u00f6rden, die private Vermietung zu behindern.
