Las cifras publicadas en octubre muestran una continuaci\u00f3n en la tendencia hacia la compra de nuevas construcciones, parece que siguen siendo la propiedad de elecci\u00f3n para muchos compradores. Dependiendo de la ubicaci\u00f3n y el estado de la propiedad, los precios medios, este verano, oscilaron entre los 2.200 euros por metro cuadrado y m\u00e1s de 8.300 euros.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Las cifras publicadas en agosto a partir de una encuesta realizada por un importante portal inmobiliario indicaban que toda la isla de Ibiza tiene precios por metro cuadrado comparables \u00fanicamente con las regiones m\u00e1s cotizadas del suroeste de Mallorca y Palma, mientras que en Menorca los precios son relativamente iguales en toda la isla y similares a los de las regiones m\u00e1s baratas de Mallorca. Ibiza es la m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a de las Baleares y, como isla de lujo,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>tiene unos 80% de sus propiedades en venta en el rango de precios m\u00e1s alto.<\/p>\n<p>Menorca, en cambio, s\u00f3lo tiene 10% de propiedades clasificadas como viviendas de lujo, mientras que Mallorca se sit\u00faa en un punto intermedio con 50% de sus propiedades en la categor\u00eda de alta gama. En las tres islas, la oferta de viviendas vacacionales es notablemente menor en las regiones del norte. En Ibiza, la zona de Sant Joan s\u00f3lo cuenta con 4%,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>El norte de Mallorca tiene s\u00f3lo 10% de propiedades en venta y el norte de Menorca 12%.
