Las cifras son alentadoras, y aunque est\u00e1n sujetas a algunas fluctuaciones regionales, son especialmente buenas noticias para las islas Baleares, donde se registr\u00f3 un aumento de 28%. M\u00e1laga, Alicante y Barcelona lideraron el volumen de ventas de viviendas, mientras que la demanda fue alta en Madrid, las zonas costeras del Mediterr\u00e1neo y las islas.
