El partido de la oposici\u00f3n, el PP, ha tachado de rid\u00edcula esta medida y ha opinado que los propietarios de alquileres vacacionales no registrados ya saben que est\u00e1n infringiendo la ley. Han sugerido en broma que los locales no cuelguen toallas de playa en sus balcones para evitar una \"inspecci\u00f3n de visita de los informadores\".<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas en\u00e9rgicas contra los alquileres vacacionales no registrados han surgido como respuesta a la crisis de alojamiento entre los residentes y los trabajadores. Se ha informado de que muchos de los que trabajan en el sector tur\u00edstico no pueden encontrar o no pueden permitirse un alojamiento adecuado. La afluencia de empleados necesarios para sostener la infraestructura de los complejos tur\u00edsticos se ha visto obligada a dormir en condiciones inhumanas, en balcones, veh\u00edculos y garajes, y ha pagado de m\u00e1s por el dudoso privilegio de hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>No cabe duda de que el Gobierno tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 preocupado por la p\u00e9rdida de ingresos fiscales derivados del alquiler no declarado, pero hay que convenir en que es necesario un sistema de regulaci\u00f3n para proteger tanto a los turistas como a los propietarios. El aumento de la demanda de alojamiento en Baleares ha hecho muy atractiva la inversi\u00f3n extranjera en propiedades de alquiler, pero nunca ha sido tan esencial buscar asesoramiento legal y la asistencia de un agente o una empresa de gesti\u00f3n inmobiliaria de confianza. El registro de un establecimiento tur\u00edstico requiere la declaraci\u00f3n de los ingresos a efectos fiscales y la presentaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n personal a las autoridades locales. Los propietarios tambi\u00e9n son responsables de transmitir a la Polic\u00eda Nacional los datos del pasaporte o del NIE de cada hu\u00e9sped mayor de 16 a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como del cobro y el pago del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.everythingdeluxe.com\">Baleares<\/a> Tasa tur\u00edstica en nombre del Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud de las nuevas leyes, las restricciones al alquiler vacacional y el coste de las licencias aumentaron considerablemente a partir del 1 de julio de este a\u00f1o. Los apartamentos pueden alquilarse con un contrato de alquiler est\u00e1ndar siempre que no se ofrezcan servicios y la propiedad no se promocione como alquiler tur\u00edstico. Ibiza ha disfrutado de un n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de visitantes en lo que va de a\u00f1o, y se espera que su popularidad contin\u00fae en una tendencia al alza.
