\nDon\u2019t hesitate in using them!!!
\nI\u2019m retired now but I\u2019ve been in prime real estate for 30 years ( private sector in Uk and Europe , Savills uk , Sotheby\u2019s Uk and Balearia) point is, I\u2019ve been around the block in real estate and know good agents from bad.
\nRecently, we decided to buy a couple of investment properties and initially just looked in the Everything Ibiza window in San Jose and then went in and registered.
\nFrom the initial greeting right through to us agreeing deals, they were friendly and professional.
\nKaren has been our main contact and she has probably phoned\/messaged us more than all the others agents ( at least 10 ) put together.
\nWithout expectation on our part she responded quickly to all messages regardless of day or night and has always been completely honest about all information she either had or need to go and get.
\nThe knowledge level is really good; of course they don\u2019t know every property but seemed to have good local comparable property knowledge for everything we spoke about ( regardless of if it one was of theirs or something we viewed with another agent)
\nOne thing I\u2019ve learnt over the years is not to be constantly bias toward your own listings at the cost of your genuine opinion ( sadly something many agents never learn)
\nThe result of selfless, gracious honesty is of course total trust in the agent, which Karen achieved.
\nAs you can probably guess, sadly , we didn\u2019t agree a deal on one of the many properties viewed with Karen but that\u2019s solely bad luck on her part.
\nKaren is gracious and continues to be helpful even with questions about the purchases for which she gets no commission.
\nA Good stock of listings is of course essential but Karen and her boss Yvonne are a great example of good agency being so much about the relationship with the client.

\nDit was het huis, de plek heeft ons hart veroverd, we moesten het alleen nog \u201cons\u201d maken!
\nHet was altijd een droom van ons, om een huis(je) te kopen op Ibiza te hebben, maar waar begin je?
\nGert- Jan is als eerste gaan google..
\nIk weet nog dat hij me wat foto\u2019s liet zien van de medewerkers van verschillende makelaars, en jouw snoetje sprak ons aan. Gewoon een gevoel!
\nDat gevoel was juist!
\nWat je graag wil is dat je het gevoel hebt dat iemand \u201cje snapt\u201d!
\nZeker in deze onzekere tijd met Covid\uf04c
\nWant wat is nog zeker?
\nJuist \u201cdat\u201d deed je!
\nNog steeds sta je klaar met allerlei mensen die ervoor kunnen zorgen dat we ons niet alleen voelen. Of het nu een taxichauffeur is, of iemand die allerlei klusjes voor ons kan doen. Wat man o man, wat is het een klus. Dan is het zo van belang dat je je gesteund voelt!
\nWat ons het meest heeft geraakt in dit project, is dat we nooit het gevoel hebben gehad dat we \u201cte veel\u201d waren. Want wat hebben we je vaak gebeld, gemaild en geappt. Over de meest praktische zaken, maar zeker ons steeds weer ondersteunend in onzekerheid en gevoel!
\nDoen we het wel goed?
\nKopen we geen kat in de zak?
\nIs het een goede investering?
\nWant een ander land heeft een taal barri\u00e8re en een andere mentaliteit!
\nWe komen zelf uit de dienstverlening, ik als kapper ondernemer en Gert-Jan ondernemer in de sales, dan weet je als geen ander hoe je geholpen wil worden! Met respect, kwaliteit, liefde voor je vak en eerlijkheid!

\nI purchased a property that was listed by everything Ibiza and it was a pleasure. That’s definitely not a term used in real estate transactions. However, Yvonne and her team were professional, diligent and responsive.
\nI found the property online (idealista) and reached out for a showing. The property was priced fairly and we were able to see it quickly. It met our needs and we put in an offer.
\nYvonne and team worked with me (an international buyer) and the owner (international sellers). Powers of attorneys; estates; several foreign consulates and a customs strike\/slow down needed to be dealt with to get this closed, but Yvonne and her team were cool under pressure and kept everyone calm and informed as to what was happening.
\nThe entire process took a month and 10 days from offer submittal to closing at the notaria and keys in hand. Amazing!
\nIt’s been two months since closing now, and there have been no surprises or red flags. I would absolutely enter into another real estate transaction with everything Ibiza Properties being involved. If you value your sanity, you should too!
