Le march\u00e9 immobilier d'Ibiza a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ce changement d\u00e9mographique, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 sa r\u00e9putation de villas haut de gamme. \u00c9quip\u00e9es pour une vie contemporaine, ces maisons occupent \u00e9galement l'une des destinations les plus pris\u00e9es d'Europe. \u00cele aux proportions r\u00e9duites, dot\u00e9e d'une abondance d'atouts naturels tels que ses plages et ses paysages ruraux, Ibiza offre \u00e9galement un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 la gamme plus \u00e9tendue de commodit\u00e9s de son \u00eele voisine, Majorque, ainsi qu'\u00e0 la sophistication de villes continentales telles que Barcelone.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les villas de luxe \u00e0 Ibiza sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme une denr\u00e9e rare et pr\u00e9cieuse, attirant ainsi les acheteurs les plus riches et entra\u00eenant des hausses moyennes de plus de 20% sur les prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 entre 2019 et 2021. Les r\u00e9gions les plus ch\u00e8res de l'\u00eele se situent autour de Sant Joan au nord de l'\u00eele, de San Jose \u00e0 l'ouest et d'Ibiza ville \u00e0 l'est, bien que la r\u00e9gion de Santa Eulalia ait connu les plus fortes hausses de prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 entre 2019 et 2021.
