Les paiements seront divis\u00e9s en deux phases pour aider \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale et culturelle, \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, au sport, aux services \u00e0 la jeunesse et aux activit\u00e9s tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e 2016. La subvention initiale de 48 000 \u20ac sera utilis\u00e9e pour la promotion du patrimoine et de la culture. Il n'y a pas de disposition sp\u00e9cifique pour les \u00e9v\u00e9nements musicaux ou les spectacles, mais le conseil acceptera les offres entre le 3 ao\u00fbt et le 22 ao\u00fbt. Les subventions seront accord\u00e9es aux projets qui, \u00e0 son avis, d\u00e9montrent une promotion efficace de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle de l'\u00eele. Par ailleurs, le conseil municipal de Santa Eulalia a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa \"planification minutieuse et \u00e0 sa bonne gestion\" la cr\u00e9ation d'un exc\u00e9dent budg\u00e9taire s'\u00e9levant \u00e0 3,17 millions d'euros, qui sera utilis\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer l'infrastructure et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.
