Ce chiffre est en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mais repr\u00e9sente tout de m\u00eame une transaction immobili\u00e8re sur 7,5 dans toute l'Espagne. Malgr\u00e9 l'effet du Brexit, le plus grand groupe d'acheteurs, dans le total des ventes \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, \u00e9tait toujours les Britanniques, qui ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 19% au cours de l'ann\u00e9e, ne tombant \u00e0 16,4% au cours du dernier trimestre. Cela repr\u00e9sente 2,5% de l'ensemble des ventes immobili\u00e8res en Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me pays investisseur est l'Allemagne, qui a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 9,2% du march\u00e9 immobilier international de l'Espagne, soit 1,24% de l'acquisition nationale. Les acheteurs fran\u00e7ais ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 8,5% des ventes \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, tandis que les citoyens su\u00e9dois et belges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 responsables de 6,4% et 6,3% de l'investissement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, respectivement. Viennent ensuite les Italiens avec 5,7%. Cette derni\u00e8re analyse des achats immobiliers \u00e9trangers, espagnols, sugg\u00e8re que le Brexit n'a eu qu'un l\u00e9ger impact sur le march\u00e9 britannique, en raison de l'affaiblissement de la livre sterling et d'un climat d'incertitude sur la l\u00e9gislation future affectant un Royaume-Uni en dehors de la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00eame l\u00e9gislation pourrait, en fait, encourager la poursuite de l'immigration en provenance de Grande-Bretagne. L'enthousiasme pour les maisons de vacances espagnoles a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 et il semble probable que l'int\u00e9r\u00eat d'autres acheteurs internationaux comblera tout d\u00e9ficit \u00e9ventuel des ventes aux ressortissants britanniques. Le march\u00e9 espagnol a certainement r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 la temp\u00eate qui a secou\u00e9 l'immobilier international et continue de prosp\u00e9rer, en particulier dans les destinations de vacances populaires, universellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9es non seulement comme pittoresques, mais aussi comme s\u00fbres et hospitali\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Le gouvernement britannique sp\u00e9cule sur les effets du projet d'ESTA europ\u00e9en<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les Chambres du Parlement britannique ont annonc\u00e9 que la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne envisageait de mettre en place un syst\u00e8me d'autorisation de voyage \u00e9lectronique, pour les visiteurs non europ\u00e9ens, similaire \u00e0 celui mis en place par les \u00c9tats-Unis. Le syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique am\u00e9ricain d'autorisation de voyage (ESTA) est obligatoire pour les \u00e9trangers, m\u00eame pour ceux qui traversent l'Am\u00e9rique et ses eaux dans le cadre d'un voyage en cours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-385\" src=\"https:\/\/everythingibiza.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/european-esta.jpg\" alt=\"March blog with European ESTA info\" width=\"640\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce document permet aux visiteurs de rester dans le pays jusqu'\u00e0 90 jours sans visa et co\u00fbte l'\u00e9quivalent de 11 livres sterling. On ne sait pas encore si les citoyens britanniques auront besoin d'une telle autorisation pour se rendre dans les pays europ\u00e9ens apr\u00e8s le retrait complet du Royaume-Uni de l'UE. Le ministre britannique de l'immigration, Robert Goodwill, a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que les Britanniques \u00e9taient d\u00e9sormais habitu\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me ESTA : \"Nous voyons avec int\u00e9r\u00eat comment le syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en pourrait \u00e9voluer et quelles sont les similitudes et les diff\u00e9rences avec le syst\u00e8me am\u00e9ricain. En principe, ce type de syst\u00e8me est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\".<\/p>\n<p>Alan Brown, membre du SNP au sein de la commission de contr\u00f4le des affaires europ\u00e9ennes, a exprim\u00e9 son d\u00e9saccord, arguant que les partisans du Leave lors de la campagne r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaire avaient insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu'il n'y aurait pas besoin de programmes de voyage de type visa apr\u00e8s le Brexit, ajoutant : \"un Esta prend toujours du temps et co\u00fbte de l'argent et c'est quelque chose que les gens doivent r\u00e9p\u00e9ter\" : \"Un Esta prend toujours du temps et co\u00fbte de l'argent, et c'est quelque chose que les gens doivent r\u00e9p\u00e9ter\".
