Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d'instabilit\u00e9 suite au Brexit, la livre sterling a donn\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9taires britanniques et espagnols, ainsi qu'aux investisseurs potentiels, l'espoir tant attendu, car elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se redresser lentement et les taux de change sont devenus plus favorables pour les transactions intereurop\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'approche des \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, cependant, le taux a, une fois de plus, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement baiss\u00e9, mais il faut s'y attendre de la part d'un pays plong\u00e9 dans l'incertitude quant \u00e0 son avenir politique pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois en moins d'un an. Les chiffres du premier trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e montrent une augmentation globale de l'investissement immobilier \u00e9tranger dans toute l'Espagne de 15,6%, et, alors que le march\u00e9 britannique a chut\u00e9 de 23. 6%, ils restaient de loin le groupe d'acheteurs le plus important, avec 2 150 achats de logements et une part de march\u00e9 \u00e9trang\u00e8re de 15%.<\/p>\n<p>Viennent ensuite les Fran\u00e7ais (1 433 achats, 10% de part de march\u00e9) et les Allemands (1 137 achats, 8% de part de march\u00e9). Les inqui\u00e9tudes concernant la livre sterling et la r\u00e9action impulsive des march\u00e9s financiers pourraient s'av\u00e9rer infond\u00e9es et la Grande-Bretagne pourrait c\u00e9l\u00e9brer une reprise de la livre une fois qu'elle aura un dirigeant correctement \u00e9lu pour mener le pays \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9paration, que l'on esp\u00e8re sans douleur, de l'UE. Pour tous ceux qui envisagent d'acheter un bien immobilier, cependant, c'est sans aucun doute le moment de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la valeur de leur investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Les prix de l'immobilier \u00e0 Ibiza et \u00e0 Majorque continuent de grimper rapidement, augmentant d'environ 50% en seulement deux ans. Cette option est \u00e9galement assortie d'un \"stop loss\", c'est-\u00e0-dire d'un taux inf\u00e9rieur auquel il est possible d'acheter des euros afin de minimiser les dommages caus\u00e9s par les fluctuations n\u00e9gatives de la devise.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, aucune de ces mesures n'offre de garantie, mais elles apporteront toutes deux un certain degr\u00e9 de stabilit\u00e9 et la possibilit\u00e9 d'acheter en toute confiance. Bien entendu, il est essentiel que toute personne envisageant un investissement immobilier \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger s'adresse \u00e0 un expert financier, mais ne vous laissez pas d\u00e9courager par ce qui pourrait \u00eatre une baisse temporaire de la livre sterling.
