En fonction de l'emplacement et de l'\u00e9tat de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, les prix moyens, cet \u00e9t\u00e9, ont vari\u00e9 de 2 200 \u20ac par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 8 300 \u20ac.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres publi\u00e9s en ao\u00fbt dans le cadre d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par un portail immobilier de premier plan indiquent que l'ensemble de l'\u00eele d'Ibiza affiche des prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 qui ne sont comparables qu'aux r\u00e9gions tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9es du sud-ouest de Majorque et de Palma, tandis qu'\u00e0 Minorque, les prix sont relativement \u00e9gaux sur l'ensemble de l'\u00eele et similaires \u00e0 ceux des r\u00e9gions les moins ch\u00e8res de Majorque. Ibiza est la plus petite des Bal\u00e9ares et, en tant qu'\u00eele de luxe,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a quelque 80% de ses biens \u00e0 vendre dans la tranche de prix la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Minorque, en revanche, n'a que 10% de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s class\u00e9es comme maisons de luxe, tandis que Majorque se situe entre les deux avec 50% de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie haut de gamme. La finca \u00e0 la campagne semble \u00eatre aussi recherch\u00e9e que l'appartement dans la vieille ville de Palma ou la villa en bord de mer. \u00c0 Ibiza, la demande est actuellement bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l'offre et les prix devraient continuer \u00e0 augmenter.
