Traditionnellement, les insulaires qui cherchent \u00e0 acheter un bien immobilier sont plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 que par l'esth\u00e9tique et sont enclins \u00e0 acheter \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des terres, o\u00f9 l'on peut acheter plus pour l'euro et o\u00f9 il y a des terrains pour un d\u00e9veloppement ult\u00e9rieur. Les r\u00e9centes mesures gouvernementales visant \u00e0 aider les jeunes couples \u00e0 acc\u00e9der au march\u00e9 de l'immobilier pourraient quelque peu infl\u00e9chir cette tendance, mais les maisons et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s individuelles restent les plus attrayantes pour les habitants, qui se lancent souvent dans un projet de restauration au cours des mois d'hiver.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-286\" src=\"https:\/\/everythingibiza.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/euros_1693423b.jpg\" alt=\"First time buyers in Ibiza\" width=\"500\" height=\"313\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des notaires espagnols montrent que les prix moyens nationaux ont baiss\u00e9 de 1,9% sur 12 mois jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du mois de juin, tandis que les chiffres de la principale soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'\u00e9valuation en Espagne montrent que l'indice moyen dans les zones continentales et c\u00f4ti\u00e8res a augment\u00e9 de 0,3% en juillet par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les prix aux Bal\u00e9ares ont augment\u00e9 de 1,7%, ce qui repr\u00e9sente encore une baisse de 29,25 par rapport aux sommets atteints il y a pr\u00e8s de dix ans. Seules les Canaries ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la demande des Bal\u00e9ares, tandis que les prix sur le continent ont chut\u00e9 de 47,5% par rapport \u00e0 leur niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. L'objectif est de sensibiliser les r\u00e9sidents et les visiteurs des \u00eeles Pityuses \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de l'eau.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-282\" src=\"https:\/\/everythingibiza.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/campana-vive-295x300.jpg\" alt=\"campana-vive\" width=\"295\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Destin\u00e9 principalement aux h\u00f4tels, aux bars et aux restaurants, le programme encourage activement le secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la GDS, tout en distribuant du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9ducatif contenant des conseils pour \u00e9conomiser l'eau et en produisant des d\u00e9pliants pour le public, reprenant le slogan de la campagne. Imprim\u00e9s en espagnol, en catalan et en anglais, les d\u00e9pliants doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s dans les endroits qui consomment beaucoup d'eau, comme les salles de bains des lieux touristiques les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s. Les pr\u00e9cipitations ayant atteint un niveau historiquement bas au cours de l'hiver 2015\/16 et la croissance continue du tourisme d'ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e, les \u00e9cologistes et les agriculteurs ont exprim\u00e9 de vives inqui\u00e9tudes quant aux r\u00e9serves d'eau de l'\u00eele. La campagne \"Vive la Isla, Cuida el Agua\" encouragera, nous l'esp\u00e9rons, tout le monde \u00e0 \u00eatre plus responsable dans l'utilisation de cette ressource naturelle des plus pr\u00e9cieuses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Discussions sur la distribution de liquidit\u00e9s fiscales<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il pourrait y avoir de bonnes nouvelles pour Ibiza et Formentera, alors que le Parlement espagnol d\u00e9cide de la r\u00e9partition des recettes de la taxe de s\u00e9jour des Bal\u00e9ares r\u00e9cemment introduite.
