Les prix de l'immobilier ont augment\u00e9 de 81 000 euros dans les \u00eeles Canaries, tandis que Madrid a connu une hausse de 51 000 euros et que les Bal\u00e9ares et la Catalogne ont enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 31 000 euros.
