La livre sterling est tomb\u00e9e en dessous de 1,10 \u20ac.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>mais il s'est rapidement repris lorsque le Parlement a soutenu un projet de loi visant \u00e0 repousser une nouvelle fois l'\u00e9ch\u00e9ance et a rejet\u00e9 la demande d'\u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales formul\u00e9e par le Premier ministre.\n\nCe troisi\u00e8me report a \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7u par les march\u00e9s comme une mesure positive pour la livre sterling, qui a enregistr\u00e9 de nouveaux gains par rapport \u00e0 l'euro. Ces gains se sont toutefois av\u00e9r\u00e9s de courte dur\u00e9e, la livre sterling s'effondrant \u00e0 nouveau apr\u00e8s que la reine a accept\u00e9 la demande du premier ministre de suspendre le parlement, une d\u00e9cision qui s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e controvers\u00e9e et qui a suscit\u00e9 des accusations selon lesquelles Boris Johnson avait agi de mani\u00e8re malhonn\u00eate. Oui, l'agitation r\u00e8gne toujours dans la politique britannique.\n\nCependant, les questions importantes pour les investisseurs britanniques dans l'immobilier espagnol sont les suivantes : comment un Brexit sans issue modifierait-il le processus d'achat d'une maison en Espagne ? Quelles sont les implications financi\u00e8res ?\n\nAucune restriction ne s'applique actuellement \u00e0 l'achat d'un bien immobilier en Espagne, et il n'est pas non plus n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00eatre ressortissant d'un pays de l'UE. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, l'immobilier espagnol resterait donc un march\u00e9 libre pour les citoyens britanniques qui souhaitent investir. Sur le plan financier, la force de la livre a toujours eu une corr\u00e9lation directe avec les achats immobiliers et, bien qu'il y ait toujours une forte demande parmi les Britanniques pour les biens immobiliers en Espagne, un taux de change d\u00e9favorable affecterait sans aucun doute le budget des acheteurs britanniques.\n\nIl y a aussi la question des droits de succession. Avant 2014, les non-r\u00e9sidents \u00e9taient beaucoup plus tax\u00e9s que les r\u00e9sidents lorsqu'ils h\u00e9ritaient d'une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 en Espagne, mais la loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e sous la pression de la Commission europ\u00e9enne et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu'\u00e0 partir de janvier 2015, les non-r\u00e9sidents de l'EEE ne pourraient plus \u00eatre tax\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment sur les transactions successorales. En f\u00e9vrier 2018, la Cour supr\u00eame espagnole a rendu un nouvel arr\u00eat d\u00e9clarant que le mode de fonctionnement de l'imp\u00f4t espagnol sur les successions et les donations violait la libre circulation des capitaux en imposant les non-r\u00e9sidents de l'UE \u00e0 un taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur les biens espagnols re\u00e7us dans le cadre d'une succession ou d'une donation.\n\nC'est une bonne nouvelle pour les investisseurs immobiliers britanniques, car cela signifie que, quelle que soit l'issue du Brexit, il n'y aura pas de discrimination \u00e0 l'encontre des citoyens non europ\u00e9ens qui paient des droits de succession ou de donation. Pour l'instant, l'incertitude plane toujours sur la question et l'avenir est difficile \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire, mais cela n'a pas entam\u00e9 l'enthousiasme des Britanniques \u00e0 profiter du mode de vie espagnol.\n\nLa population britannique expatri\u00e9e en Espagne reste de loin le groupe national le plus important et, bien qu'elle ait chut\u00e9 d'un pic d'un peu moins de 400 000 en 2012 \u00e0 un chiffre actuel de 250 000, le nombre d'expatri\u00e9s britanniques r\u00e9sidant officiellement en Espagne au d\u00e9but de chaque ann\u00e9e a augment\u00e9 de 1% en 2018 et de 3% en 2019.\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>Vous avez une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 vendre ?
