Als we terugkijken naar het begin, waren beperkingen op reizen en import\/export van goederen tussen Europa en China aanvankelijk de grootste zorg omdat dit gevolgen had voor de toeleveringsketens en het toerisme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bij de escalatie van het virus in Europa namen de regeringen maatregelen om sociale interacties te beperken en voerden zij uiteindelijk lockdown in. Momenteel is reizen grotendeels uitgesloten en is thuiswerken in de meeste landen de norm geworden. De Europese regeringen hebben de grenzen gesloten om de verspreiding van het virus tegen te gaan en het toerisme is vrijwel tot stilstand gekomen. Op de vastgoedmarkt heeft de COVID-19 pandemie ertoe geleid dat veel vastgoedtransacties niet konden worden ondertekend, waardoor investeringen in feite werden lamgelegd.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De meeste insiders in de sector zijn van mening dat \"de tijd zal herstellen\". De Spaanse economie en huizenmarkt waren relatief levendig v\u00f3\u00f3r de wereldwijde gezondheidscrisis, zodat men ervan uitgaat dat op middellange termijn herstel kan worden verwacht naarmate de situatie weer wordt zoals voorheen. De korte termijn hangt sterk af van hoe snel de normale dienstverlening kan worden hervat. Men is ook van mening dat de waarde van persoonlijke spaargelden duidelijker zal worden in de nasleep van deze vreemde tijden, en aangezien onroerend goed altijd is gezien als een van de veiligste beleggingsmogelijkheden en als een aantrekkelijk alternatief voor de lage rente die banken bieden, zal de huizenverkoop een impuls krijgen zodra de wereld verlost is van de zorgen over het coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Het monetaire beleid van de Europese Centrale Bank wijst er ook op dat de lage rente nog enige tijd zal aanhouden en verdere fiscale versoepeling door veel regeringen zou de klap voor de economische groei moeten verzachten en een welkome verlichting moeten bieden aan kleine beleggers. Als er iets te leren valt uit eerdere crisiservaringen, dan is het wel dat de vastgoedsector, zodra het ergste voorbij is, zal herstellen en aan kracht zal winnen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na slechts twaalf jaar geleden een wereldwijde economische crisis te hebben doorgemaakt, weten regeringen en centrale banken hoe zij moeten reageren op onzekerheid en, zodra de onmiddellijke bedreiging van de wereldgezondheid onder controle is, zal van hen worden verwacht dat zij snel maatregelen nemen om een minder dan ideale economische situatie te bestrijden. De detailhandel, het toerisme en het hotelwezen kunnen gedurende langere tijd te lijden hebben, terwijl Spaans onroerend goed altijd grotendeels als een langetermijnbelegging is beschouwd, waardoor de gevolgen van deze hoogst ongebruikelijke omstandigheden worden afgezwakt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #1c1599;\">Heeft u een woning te verkopen?
