Voor potenti\u00eble kopers is een nieuw begrip van de regelgeving in een Europa na de Brexit van onschatbare waarde om hun droom van huiseigendom na te streven. Vastgoed kopen op Ibiza blijft een zeer aantrekkelijk vooruitzicht en is nog steeds haalbaar, maar voor Britse onderdanen zijn er een paar nieuwe veranderingen om rekening mee te houden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Een post-Brexit verschil dat gevolgen heeft voor Britse huiseigenaren in Spanje is de belasting. Belastingen en uitgaven bij de aankoop van onroerend goed zijn precies hetzelfde als v\u00f3\u00f3r Brexit, omdat ze niet afhankelijk zijn van nationaliteit of verblijfplaats. De IRNR is een inkomstenbelasting voor niet-ingezetenen die verschuldigd is onder de volgende voorwaarden: De eigenaar woont niet in Spanje, heeft het exclusieve gebruik van het onroerend goed en verhuurt het niet en heeft geen andere bron van belastbaar inkomen in Spanje.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Britse investeerders die hun aangekochte eigendom willen verhuren om inkomsten te genereren, zullen ook enkele veranderingen zien. Zij zullen geen kosten kunnen aftrekken van de winst uit verhuur en zullen inkomstenbelasting moeten betalen tegen een tarief van 24% in plaats van de 19% die is voorbehouden aan ingezetenen van de EU.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Afgezien van de veranderingen hebben makelaars een nieuwe toename van de belangstelling van Britse kopers gemeld, wat getuigt van veerkracht en vastberadenheid in de nasleep van Brexit.
