Een gedurfd en ongewoon concept, maar zal het echt gebeuren?<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Volgens berichten in de Daily Mirror hebben Ibiza, Mallorca en Menorca allemaal een limiet gesteld aan het aantal plaatsen tijdens het zomerseizoen en heeft de regering van de Balearen een \"absoluut plafond\" aangekondigd voor het aantal toeristen in de toekomst. Uit cijfers blijkt dat de eilanden in 2022 16.475.579 vakantiegangers hebben aangetrokken, iets minder dan 400 minder dan v\u00f3\u00f3r 2019 en het voorgestelde maximum voor de toekomst. Het aantal toeristen in 2018 overtrof dit met ongeveer 76.000 en bereikte een recordhoogte.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>De minister van Toerisme van de Balearen, Iago Negueruela, zou hebben gezegd: \"Wij geloven dat het haalbaar is om meer bezetting te hebben met minder toeristen. Het aantal bezoeken dat dit jaar is bereikt, is een maximum dat niet mag worden overschreden, maar de neiging moet hebben te dalen. Er moet een duidelijke trend zijn naar vermindering van het aantal toeristische plaatsen.\" De voorgestelde maatregelen omvatten verdere aanmoediging van het toerisme het hele jaar door en een verschuiving naar minder bekende eilandbestemmingen, zowel om de duurzaamheid te bevorderen als om de gevolgen van de beperkingen te beperken.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>De ministers van de regering zijn ervan overtuigd dat de zo belangrijke inkomsten kunnen stijgen terwijl de bezoekersaantallen, althans tijdens het hoogseizoen, blijven dalen. De Spaanse krant Ultimahora meldde dat het plan was om het aantal bezoekers in de zomermaanden te verminderen, wanneer \"het gevoel van verzadiging verstikkend is geworden voor zowel inwoners als toeristen\". Om het soort verzadiging te voorkomen dat Lanzarote heeft ervaren, zouden Ibiza, Mallorca en Menorca zich meer richten op kwaliteit dan op kwantiteit en er wordt gespeculeerd dat sommige vakantieaccommodaties van lagere categorie\u00ebn het gevaar lopen te worden gesloten. Wat betekent dit voor de toekomst van vakanties en bezoekers op Ibiza?<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>De voortdurende gentrificatie en opwaardering van vakantieaccommodaties in traditioneel gezinsvriendelijke badplaatsen trekt ongetwijfeld een nieuwe, meer verfijnde bezoeker aan. Ibiza, ooit de favoriete bestemming voor clubbers met een gezond besteedbaar inkomen, is de laatste jaren de plaats geworden om zich terug te trekken en te genieten van het welzijn van lichaam en geest. Een tijdverdrijf dat onvermijdelijk een prijs heeft. Het effect van de nieuwe voorstellen op de beschikbaarheid kan, ironisch genoeg, de vraag naar vakanties ongeacht de prijs doen toenemen, en de beperkte afmetingen van Ibiza zullen de algemene aantrekkingskracht ervan alleen maar vergroten.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Het eiland was tot nu toe onderworpen aan de beperkingen die voortvloeien uit een kort zomerseizoen, maar met de groei van particuliere villa's en appartementen kan dit worden uitgebreid om bezoekers aan te trekken die op zoek zijn naar nieuwe eilandervaringen. Dit alles hangt natuurlijk af van het aanbod van vluchten en de ontwikkeling van een infrastructuur ter ondersteuning van het wintertoerisme, en in dit opzicht hebben Ibiza en Menorca wellicht meer te doen dan hun grotere buurman Mallorca.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>De inspanningen van de autoriteiten in het streven naar een evenwichtige bezetting zullen echter waarschijnlijk van onschatbare waarde blijken voor de economie en zullen dienen om de prijs van onroerend goed in deze elitaire en zeer gewaardeerde juwelen van de Middellandse Zee op te drijven.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 37px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #1c1599;\">Heeft u een woning te verkopen?
