Na een periode van instabiliteit na Brexit had het Britse pond eigenaars van Britse en Spaanse huizen en potenti\u00eble investeerders de langverwachte hoop gegeven toen het langzaam begon te herstellen en de wisselkoersen gunstiger werden voor inter-Europese transacties.<\/p>\n<p>In de aanloop naar de algemene verkiezingen is de koers echter opnieuw licht gedaald, maar dat is te verwachten van een land dat voor de tweede keer in minder dan een jaar in onzekerheid wordt gegooid over zijn politieke toekomst. De vraag naar Spaanse vastgoedinvesteringen onder Britten is getroffen door de ongunstige wisselkoersen sinds Brexit, maar is zeker niet weggevaagd. Cijfers van het eerste kwartaal van het jaar tonen een algemene stijging van buitenlandse vastgoedinvesteringen in heel Spanje van 15,6%, en terwijl de Britse markt daalde met 23. 6% daalde, waren ze nog steeds de grootste groep kopers met een ruime marge, met 2.150 woningaankopen en een buitenlands marktaandeel van 15%.<\/p>\n<p>Daarna volgden de Fransen (1.433 aankopen, 10% marktaandeel) en de Duitsers (1.137 aankopen, 8% marktaandeel). De zorgen over het pond sterling en de reflexmatige reactie van de financi\u00eble markt kunnen ongegrond blijken en Groot-Brittanni\u00eb kan een herstel van het pond vieren zodra het een goed gekozen leider heeft om het land door een, hopelijk pijnloze, scheiding van de EU te leiden. Voor iedereen die overweegt een huis te kopen, is het echter ongetwijfeld een tijd om de waarde van uw investering te overwegen.<\/p>\n<p>De vastgoedprijzen op Ibiza en Mallorca blijven snel stijgen, met zo'n 50% in slechts twee jaar, dus een goede investering in de toekomst, maar een onzekere wisselkoers kan een belemmering zijn om nu te kopen, wanneer de tijd rijp is. Om het risico te verkleinen kan een potenti\u00eble koper kiezen voor een 'termijncontract' met een vaste koers, waarbij de koper twee jaar van tevoren euro's kan kopen tegen de koers van de dag en zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over schommelingen. Als deze optie pessimistisch lijkt, is er ook een 'marktorder' waarmee euro's kunnen worden gekocht als ze binnen de termijn de door de koper vastgestelde optimale koers bereiken. Deze optie heeft ook een 'stop loss' lagere koers waartegen euro's kunnen worden gekocht om de schade van negatieve valutaschommelingen te beperken.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn natuurlijk geen garanties met een van deze acties, maar beide bieden een zekere mate van stabiliteit en de mogelijkheid om met vertrouwen te kopen. Natuurlijk is het essentieel dat iedereen die overweegt om in overzees onroerend goed te investeren met een financieel expert spreekt, maar laat je niet afschrikken door wat een tijdelijke daling van het pond sterling zou kunnen zijn. Als je goed voorbereid bent, is er geen beter moment om op de Balearen op de onroerendgoedladder te stappen en naar de top te klimmen. Britse investeerders hebben bewezen dat ze nog steeds een gezonde eetlust hebben voor overzees onroerend goed en de markten hebben laten zien dat ze er goed aan doen om dit te voeden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Heeft u een woning te verkopen?
