This quite unique villa, beautifully decorated and designed, is located in the area of Cala Carbo in the south west of the island, not far from magical Es Vedra island. In fact, from the villa’s roof terrace there are stunning views of world famous rock that towers out of the sea. The property was refurbished throughout in 2018 to a very high standard and has a full touristic license.
The design influence is of a Moorish style with super use of wood and natural stone. The introduction of ambient lighting has been carefully installed throughout the interior and exterior of the villa helping to create a wonderful relaxing atmosphere, especially at night in the outside areas.
The property offers four bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. The villa distribution is made up of two bedrooms located on the top floor where you will also find the main living area. There are a further two bedrooms on the lower floor that open out directly to the swimming pool, surrounding terraces and patios. Of the four bedrooms, all fitted with air con, two are masters with four poster beds and the other two are twin bedded rooms.
Also found on the top floor of the villa is the super kitchen. The design of the kitchen is quite superb as it is a blend of the old and new. Traditional stone walling surrounds the well equipped modern appliences. Adjacent to the kitchen is the interior dining area which also leads directly outside to the covered exterior dining area.
The villa has a number of multiple terraces, patios and chill areas that surround the swimming pool. As mentioned above, there is a covered dining area ideal for those al fresco dinner parties or BBQ’s. Only 5 minutes or so from the villa you can discover the small and quaint beach of Cala Carbo with its two traditional Spanish beach restaurants.
Cala Carbo forms part of the larger Cala D’Hort area of the island which is one of the protected nature zones of Ibiza. The legendary and imposing Es Vedra island is also located here as are a number of other beaches and international restaurants.
