By the time we found her, the house was in ruins. No water. No electricity. Just crumbling walls and a collapsing roof, nearly swallowed by nature.

But there was something undeniable — a presence in the stone, a story worth saving.

Now, after a complete restoration in 2024–2025 by acclaimed architects Dolores and Maxim Batselaere (DOMAX), this finca has been brought back to life with care, craftsmanship, and deep respect for its past. Every detail has been considered, blending original character with modern design.

Set on a private 57,000 m² plot just 8 minutes from Ibiza Town, 15 minutes from the airport, and close to several beaches, the property offers rare seclusion without sacrificing convenience. The estate includes over 400 m² of interior space plus expansive terraces.
